I get an error message when I put in the launch option for heapsize.

-heapsize 2097152

"Failed to allocate minimum memory requirement for game (48mb)"

**The wording may not be right on

Task Manager has me at 1.81GB of RAM being used.
Total 4094
Cached 2898
Free 45

Processes: 66* - Physical Memory: 45%
*Currently running a couple things that would not be running when gaming, still got error when they were closed out as well however

I am using Vista Business x64 <-which is a mem hog

Here are my specs:

AMD x2 6400+

Yeah it specifies an amount of memory to reserve for dods - good to have.

heapsize was intended for computers that had little memory (256mb or less while running both the os and game) hence the minimum system requirements of 256mb. Thats why they recommended 512mb so that it is more than enough to run the game (no other apps on the side. 1gig if you multitask like me. Other then that it will not be beneficial so ignore it.
