I use Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Fraps (only so I can have sound). Premiere and After Effects are a little cumbersome to learn, but well worth it. If your newer to editing... I'd go with Sony Vegas or even a Pinnicle editor.

Source records sound for you...lol at fraps?..just use vegas I have a keygen...you don't need after effects either its pretty complicated to make sweet stuff

After Effects is hard to use... buts its the shit... once you get the hang of it.. a good site to start to start to learn stuff with tons of free video tutorials is www.videocopilot.com that's basically how I learned.
