I've successfully gone through my second pair of Icemats broken and are in dire need of some headphones that aren't bafucked up. Anyone have any recommendations for me as far as quality heaphones go that aren't crazy overpriced?

The only headphones I *really* liked were about $70. Then my cat broke them. Now I have a 70$ pair of headphones with no mic. The logitec ones I have now are pretty good at $50. But what price range are you looking for?

Any price as long as it's worth it.

i have the edimensional rumble headphones. Although they probably aren't the best gaming headphones as they aren't surround sound, they are very nice and comfortable. The rumble effect i use if i'm pubbing or playing other games, but when i really need my sound to know where people are, i turn it off. i think mine were 50 bucks and i'd recommend them to anyone.

I bought some random Altec Lansing model from Circuit City for $45, about a year ago.
They're the best headphones I've had (better than Plantronics and Logitech models I've had, which all broke in 6 months).

My plantronics, logitechs all break within 6 months too buddy. My Icemats lasted about 4 months before they decided they were to rebel and try and take out my left eye

I've always used Sennheiser. I think the newest ones are called SENNHEISER PC166. They are super durable and sounds great compared to friends headsets I've tried.
