This isn't the new Trypants... This site was planned already but because of Trypants dying the release was advanced.

Why is it shady?

The "idea" of DoD:S Hub was thought of prior to TP going down. This site will not continue to be "just a forum" (not that TP was). However, I plan on actually hubbing parts of the community together. So DoD:S Hub starts and will branch off into 'Competitive DoD:S', 'Realism DoD:S' and even 'Casual DoD:S'. Resources for the Realism/Casual player (step-by-step) to step into the competitive scene and on the other foot, a look into who and what the Realism teams are.

I would advise against starting a "realism" section to DoDS hub. The clans or "units" as they call themselves are too rooted in what they do and wont try to come together as a community. Its been tried before and has failed every time.

What I am doing isnt up for discussion - I will try and if it doesnt work - well then it doesnt work.

We hadn't thought of that yet. You're a genius.

We need more people to cry about helping the community but in the end act like tards and make stupid remarks. They seem to have great ideas.

I'm waiting on a reply of my PM's that offered to help you out. If you don't reply, and in turn don't access said help, then you're doing no better.

We need more people who attempt to run the community's social web pages and get nothing done, and then in turn blame the community who didn't do it for them.

I did a TON the last 2 months I ran TP. It's not my fault NO ONE wanted to let you in on it Dane. I presented you to them and you were shot down by everybody.

In the end, it IS the community's fault. As an admin on a forum you can really only do so much to make the community better... I tried banning people and the other tools available to me but it only made those people bigger assholes in general and the worst part is NO ONE ELSE IN THE COMMUNITY ATTEMPTED TO PUNISH THEM. Keep on talking to the idiots while they kill the game, keep on scrimming against them. Keep egging them on. Whatever.

So, as the "face" of TryPants, I became a big target and it just wasn't worth the hassle.

No dumbass, I think the fact that people who have nothing to do with the game competitevly and have all the say in one of the most important aspects of the game is going to affect how things go. dmon may have put his heart in the game in the beginning, but now he couldn't give two shits about it. Of course I'm biased because I'm banned, but it's still true. :)
