what is it? i have heard if you overclock our video card/CPU you can get a performance boost. just wondering if anybody could explain it to me.

if your not comforable with ajusting volt setting, clock speeds, and having the chance to f*ck up your pc. go ahead. i personally dont have the pc savyness to do so.

if you dont know much about your computer's thresholds to begin with, I wouldn't recommend attempting to overclock anything.

its a good idea to look at your processor and mobo before you decide to OC, or post somewhere and ask someone if you're safe to overclock.

its also one of those things where you have to do it as you go, nobody can really tell you how. lots of trial and error....

Yeah, just set it in BIOS and turn off all of your fans...
